Dosages:
  • The dosage is calculated on an individual basis according to body weight & on the form of Epoietin used. Given twice or thrice weekly.

  • IV/SC:ANAEMIA OF CRF:Initial dose of 50-100U/kg 3 times weekly increasing gradually to 25U/kg at intervals of 4 weeks. According to the response, Max. upto 600U/kg weekly tid.

  • AZT TREATED PATIENTS: 100-300U/kg 3 times weekly for 8 weeks.

  • CHEMOPTHERAPY TREATED PATIENTS:150-300U/kg 3 times weekly.
